Kardashian and Humphries Hammer Out Prenup


Reality TV star Kim Kardashian, 30, and her fiancĂ© New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries, 26, are reportedly hammering out a prenuptial agreement before they tie the knot.  Kardashian is worth a significant amount more than Humphries.  However, Humphries' family owns a burger chain, which raises his estimated value.

Whitney Houston Extends Rehab Stay


Whitney Houston has chosen to extend her rehab treatment after completing a 30-day program to tackle her substance abuse issues, according to a U.S. report.
The singer, who has long battled drug and alcohol addiction, enrolled in an out-patient rehabilitation program in California last month (May11) to seek help for her personal problems.

Trace Adkins Home Under Fire

Country music star Trace Adkins has lost his home to a fire.
Fire officials tell The Tennessean newspaper that Adkins' home in the Nashville suburb of Brentwood was a total loss after the fire broke out Saturday afternoon.

Singer Adele Cancels U,S. Tour

 British singer Adele has canceled the remaining dates on her North American tour because of her laryngitis.
In a statement Friday, Adele said she was "really frustrated" but "there is absolutely nothing I can do but take the doctor's advice and rest some more."

R&B diva Patti LaBelle is sued for alleged attack

A West Point cadet is suing veteran R&B diva Patti LaBelle, saying she ordered her bodyguards to beat him up as he waited for a ride home outside a Houston airport terminal.

The lawsuit alleges the cadet, Richard King, was waiting for his brother and father to pick him up outside one of the terminals at Bush Intercontinental Airport on March 11, when three of LaBelle's bodyguards attacked him. King was in Houston, his hometown, while on spring break from West Point.

'Cosby Show' Actress Clarice Taylor Dies at 93


 Most recognized for her role as Bill Cosby's mother on 'The Cosby Show,' Clarice Taylor succumbed to heart failure on Monday, according to People. The 93-year-old actress was surrounded by family when she passed away.

Taylor was nominated for a 1986 Emmy for her seven-year role as Anna Huxtable in the celebrated sitcom.
